CALL FOR PROPOSALS
We’re looking for all sorts of fabulous people
to propose workshops, discussions, or skillshares.
Workshop ideas (definitely not limited to this list…this is just to get you thinking)
- art in public space / using art for radical social change
- direct-action activism
- queer history or queer theory
- being an ally
- do-it-yourself (d.i.y.) projects
- intersectionalities and community-building
- genderfuckery and gender identity
- sex and BDSM
- examining privilege
- navigating health and legal systems as a queer person
We are also looking for ARTISTS, PERFORMERS, ZINESTERS, MUSICIANS, BURLESQUE OR DRAG PERFORMERS, WRITERS, POETS, BANDS and/or anyone interested in starting or participating in an art workshop, jam session, poetry slam, or performance. We would also love to display your work at QUE(E)RY.

For workshop/discussion proposals:

2. name(s) of the presenters
3. contact information for all presenters
4. a brief description or outline of your workshop/discussion/etc. Tell us what you want to do and why.
5. format of your workshop (discussion, film screening, resource sharing, hands-on; lectures discouraged)
6. ideal length of your workshop, so we can put it on the schedule
7. what kind of space would work well for your workshop (closed/open, private/public, quiet/busy, etc.)
8. any audiovisual equipment or supplies you might need
9. anything else you want to tell us
For performers/artists:
1. title of performance, show, or piece (optional)
2. name of group or individual performer/artist(s)
3. a brief description of what you would like to do at Que(e)ry

For artists interested in displaying work:
