photos and videos from que(e)ry are posted!

que(e)ry was awesome. thank you all for coming and participating in the creation of a very long, very sexy, informative and creative day.

long overdue, the pictures and video from que(e)ry are finally here! lokchi’s film project produced some awesome footage.

we had left some disposable cameras lying around and the photos we developed are up on flickr and facebook:

que(e)ry on facebook! (right now i think you have to be my friend in order to view them on fb–i’m not sure how to change that.)

a lot of awesome stuff was created at the zinemaking table. the zine is getting put together and will be available soon…we’re happy to send it to you and we’ll distribute widely.

the workshops and performances were phenomenal. a huge huge thanks to all who presented, participated, partied, provided food (mmmmyah) etc! any feedback or comments you have are welcome. we want to know what que(e)ry was for you and what it inspired you to do next.

ps – by the way, lunch was catered by BACKSTORY CAFE (in hyde park) at and dinner by YAH’S VEGAN CUISINE (2347 e 75th street). both places are awesome.

We’re also looking for “advocates,” volunteers who will be sober and available for other participants who need a safe space to process or check in. Those interested should email us at queery@googlegroups.com
